| If all items are in stock, we will send you
a confirmation e-mail. You will be notified via e-mail of when an item is backordered. 1.If you wish to pay with credit card, we will inform of the URL to make payment via e-mail. Please access the URL and make payment. After we confirm that payment has been made, we will ship the products.  2.We will send you a Paypal invoice via e-mail. Please click the link in the Money Invoice and send money. After we confirm that payment has been made, we will ship the products.  |

| Shipping Costs | |
| Your shipping charges may vary depending on
the size, weight and destination of your package. We will let you know
the shipping cost via confirmation e-mail later. And if you order the items which are glazed, they have to be pack in a strong wooden crate. So we may charge the cost of the products plus postage and packing. When you order one box, the shipping charge is as below. Shipments may be subject to the importing country's policy on customs fees and import duties. It is the responsibility of the recipient to cover these costs. Please check with your local customs office for further information. |

| Cancellation Policy | |
| Any unused itemss in original condition with the original
packaging may be returned for exchange or refund within 20 days of receipt. To make a return item, please fill out an International Return Form to receive a return authorization number(RMA). Please note any returned item not accompanied by an official RMA number cannnot be accepted. Shipping charges cannot be refunded unless the product was returned because of our error or damage. |
